If technical input from a delivery partner is needed, we discuss this with you before sharing the relevant details. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

We normally retain an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last substantive contact, unless it leads to a customer relationship or a longer period is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. Customer records are covered by the applicable service agreement and privacy information.
