About these terms

These terms cover use of unifiedtrades.co.uk, the UnifiedTrades information website for UK trades businesses. For questions, use our enquiry form and start your message with “Terms enquiry”. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

Enquiries and service agreements

Browsing this site, using the calculator or sending an enquiry does not order a service or start a paid subscription. Before work starts, a separate written service agreement will identify the contracting supplier and set out the agreed requirements, delivery priorities, payment arrangements, any minimum term, cancellation, ownership, licensing, data handling and handover. These website terms do not replace that agreement or change an existing customer agreement.

Our advertised price and service

The advertised UnifiedTrades service is £1,750 + VAT per month, all in. It includes the website and SEO, CRM and lead management, job management, native AI and usage, API and MCP connectors, AI plugins and skills, telephony, pipelines, funnels and workflows, databases and hosting, accounting (full or integrated), unlimited integrations and features, a fractional development team, one to one human support, and dev-ops, backups and maintenance.

We agree build and rollout priorities together. Features are developed and introduced through that agreed plan; the capability descriptions do not mean that every feature is already available on day one. Any existing subscriptions you choose to keep remain with their respective suppliers. These website terms do not introduce additional service charges, usage caps or cancellation fees.

Examples and calculator

The job journey, images and scenarios illustrate the service and are not customer testimonials or promises of a particular result. The calculator estimates potential subscription savings using the figures and replacement choices you enter and the advertised price, excluding VAT. Actual savings depend on which subscriptions you can retire and any obligations to existing suppliers. It does not predict revenue, productivity or a guaranteed return. Calculator entries stay in the page and are not sent with your enquiry.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site or send unlawful, misleading or abusive material. Send only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or confidential customer records through the enquiry form.

Website content and other brands

Website content is owned by UnifiedTrades or used with permission or under an applicable licence. You may view, print or save pages for your own business evaluation. Other reuse requires permission unless the law allows it. Names and marks of other software providers belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership. Ownership and licensing of customer platforms are addressed in the separate service agreement.

Availability, links and responsibility

We take reasonable care with the site and aim to keep its information current. Please contact us if something appears incorrect. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Updates and applicable law

We may update these website terms by publishing a revised page with a new date. Updates do not alter an existing service agreement. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes about them, without taking away any mandatory rights you have to use another court.
